Our coaching staff are all experts in their chosen field and have all completed their Working with Children Check and coaching credentials. 

Our qualifications reflect the various styles offered accreditation being obtained under various governing bodies including Gymnastics Australia/Victoria and International All-Star Federation (IASF). 


IASF Coaching Certification Level 2 

Lauren started dance at the age of 5 and continued for over 20 years. Lauren has danced in many performances including the AFL Grand Final, Melbourne Grand Prix and Rock Eisteddfod in which her school placed 2nd. She is married and a mum of two girls who both enjoy dance and cheerleading. Lauren enjoys working with children of all ages and promotes a safe, encouraging and fun training environment. Lauren previously competed on the Adult Pom and Adult Hip Hop Teams.

Lauren has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management).


IASF Coaching Certification Level 4, Gymnastics for All Intermediate Coach (Gymnastics Australia)

Rebecca had danced jazz and contemporary for 20 years before stepping into the cheer and gymnastics world. Her love of performance has lead to national and international performance gymnastics opportunities including representing Australia in Norway at the 2017 World Gym for Life challenge as a part of the Gymnastics NSW Performance Team.

Rebecca loves coaching athletes of all ages and enjoys passing on her love of cheer to her students. She is passionate about creating a safe and relaxed atmosphere in the gym where fun, fitness and friendship are essential.  She has been coaching for the past 3 years including running a cheer and gymnastics club in NSW before moving to Melbourne in 2018. She is an accredited USASF Cheerleading coach and Gymnastics for All coach with Gymnastics Australia. Rebecca also competes on the Adult Pom and Adult Hip Hop Team.

Rebecca has completed a Bachelor of Arts, Cert III Administration and Cert IV Bookkeeping.


IASF Coaching Certification Level 4, Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Intermediate WAG.

Argine has been dancing since the age of 4 and has trained in Tap, Ballet, Jazz. Ballroom and Cheerleading. Argine comes from an experienced cheerleading background and still competes herself. She enjoys working with children of all ages to develop their skills in a safe and fun environment. Argine is keen on nutrition and positive body image. She obtained the Master Trainer and Energizer awards during her studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Argine also competed in a Level 6 NT Cheerleading Team and won a bid to compete at Worlds 2020 (sadly it was cancelled due to COVID-19).


Looking to continue her passion for dance in a new direction, Katie entered All Star dance when she started University in 2014, with the Monash University Cheerleading Club. She was Treasurer of the club for a year and then President for 2 years. She was also a founding member of Pacific Elite (Mystics). Since then she has competed in pom, jazz and hiphop, including duos at many competitions. She has competed at 5 World Championships, including 2 University World Championships. In 2018, Monash was selected as Team Australia for pom, jazz and hiphop, and they took home a silver medal in all divisions. Last year, she represented Australia at the ICU World Championships, and along with her team placed 2nd at The Dance Worlds’.
Katie began coaching the Elite All-Stars Adult Pom team in 2018 and is excited to back for another year with Elite.


IASF Coaching Certification Level 2

Oliver has been cheering for 3 years and fell in love with it almost instantly. He loves to perform to a crowd and is always pushing himself to achieve new skills so that he can show them to his friends and family. His love for cheerleading is what lead him to becoming a coach, wanting to share his love for the sport with others. He most recently competed on a 4.2 team, wining both national and grand champions with them. 

Oliver is competed on an IOC6 cheer team and won a bid to Worlds in 2020 (unfortunately this was cancelled due to COVID-19). 


IASF Coaching Certification Level 2

Shoshana has been doing cheerleading for 5 years! After learning all about the beautiful sport Shoshana started coaching so she could spread her love for cheer and skill development to kids of all ages!

Shoshana is a dedicated coach who is always thinking of new ways she can change things up and teach something new! She has coached teams to victory and even went to the US for a month and learnt new fun ways to build cheer foundations. After a 5 year winning streak Shoshana hopes to continue her journey through the new year.

Shoshana is also a lover of water and is a qualified swimming coach and diver. She is also studying event management at Swinburne university.

Shoshana currently competes on a Level 6NT team and has won a bid to Worlds 2022.


IASF Coaching Certificate – Introductory Level

Francesca started dance and gymnastics from 5 years old and has been doing cheerleading for 6 years. She loves working with kids of all ages, encouraging them to try their best and feel safe and welcome in the gym! She is keen on making a fun space where kids can enjoy an inclusive sport which they can later become even stronger athletes physically and mentally. Francesca has been an athlete at Elite for the past 5 years.

Francesca is currently a student at Mckinnon Secondary College.
