Our coaching staff are all experts in their chosen field and have all completed their Working with Children Check and AASCF coaching credentials. 

Our qualifications reflect the various styles offered with the highest level of accreditation being obtained under various governing bodies including Gymnastics Australia/Victoria and USAF. USAF are the governing body for Cheerleading around the world as recognized by the Australian Sports Commission.


Director/Owner & Assistant Coach
AASCF Coaching Certification Level 1 

Lauren started dance at the age of 5 and continued for over 20 years. Lauren has danced in many performances including the AFL Grand Final, Melbourne Grand Prix and Rock Eisteddfod in which her school placed 2nd. She is married and a mum of two girls who both enjoy dance and cheerleading. Lauren enjoys working with children of all ages and promotes a safe, encouraging and fun training environment. Lauren currently competes in the Adult Pom and Adult Hip Hop Teams.

Lauren has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management).


Competition, Recreational, Tumbling & Pom Coach
AASCF Coaching Certification Level 1-3, Gymnastics for All Intermediate Coach (Gymnastics Australia)

Rebecca had danced jazz and contemporary for 20 years before stepping into the cheer and gymnastics world. Her love of performance has lead to national and international performance gymnastics opportunities including representing Australia in Norway at the 2017 World Gym for Life challenge as a part of the Gymnastics NSW Performance Team.

Rebecca loves coaching athletes of all ages and enjoys passing on her love of cheer to her students. She is passionate about creating a safe and relaxed atmosphere in the gym where fun, fitness and friendship are essential.  She has been coaching for the past 3 years including running a cheer and gymnastics club in NSW before moving to Melbourne in 2018. She is an accredited USASF Cheerleading coach and Gymnastics for All coach with Gymnastics Australia. Rebecca also competes on the Adult Pom and Adult Hip Hop Team.

Rebecca has completed a Bachelor of Arts, Cert III Administration and Cert IV Bookkeeping.


Competition, Recreational, Tumbling & School Program Coach
AASCF Coaching Certification Level 1-3, Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Intermediate WAG.

Argine has been dancing since the age of 4 and has trained in Tap, Ballet, Jazz. Ballroom and Cheerleading. Argine comes from an experienced cheerleading background and still competes herself. She enjoys working with children of all ages to develop their skills in a safe and fun environment. Argine is keen on nutrition and positive body image. She obtained the Master Trainer and Energizer awards during her studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Argine currently competes on an IOC6 Cheer team.

Argine is currently completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at UNE.


Dance Coach

Looking to continue her passion for dance in a new direction, Katie entered All Star dance when she started University in 2014, with the Monash University Cheerleading Club. She was Treasurer of the club for a year and then President for 2 years. She was also a founding member of Pacific Elite (Mystics). Since then she has competed in pom, jazz and hiphop, including duos at many competitions. She has competed at 5 World Championships, including 2 University World Championships. In 2018, Monash was selected as Team Australia for pom, jazz and hiphop, and they took home a silver medal in all divisions. Last year, she represented Australia at the ICU World Championships, and along with her team placed 2nd at The Dance Worlds’.
Katie began coaching the Elite All-Stars Adult Pom team in 2018 and is excited to back for another year with Elite.


Assistant Coach
AASCF Coaching Certification Level 1-2, Gymnastics Coach Qualifications

Charlotte has been cheering for 5 years and is currently competing in Level 4.2.  At 16 Charlotte started her own cheerleading program at St Margaret’s school where she coaches high school level 1 and 2. Charlotte has also won 2 Hawaii Bids and a bid to New Zealand for open level 3.

Charlotte  is currently studying a Bachelor of Paramedicine at Australian Catholic University.


Assistant Junior Coach

Taylor has been cheering since she was 10 years old and is currently competing in Level 4.  Taylor lives and breathes cheer and has been lucky enough to win Nationals and receive a summit bid. She has previous coaching experience and is very much looking forward to teaching her skills to our athletes.

Taylor is currently study at Cheltenham Secondary College.


Assistant Coach 

Oliver has been cheering for 3 years and fell in love with it almost instantly. He loves to perform to a crowd and is always pushing himself to achieve new skills so that he can show them to his friends and family. His love for cheerleading is what lead him to becoming a coach, wanting to share his love for the sport with others. He most recently competed on a 4.2 team, wining both national and grand champions with them. 

Oliver is currently competing on an IOC6 cheer team and has won a bid to Worlds in 2020. 

Oliver is also currently studying a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting at Swinburne University.
